So we often get calls from people who are looking for a ride for a loved one when they are unavailable to drive them, they live out of town or they just can’t drive themselves. Our service is a door thru door service, which means we escort them to our vehicle and into their appointment or destination. We don’t leave them in front of a building or on the curb, we actually escort them and make sure they arrive, get checked in and are at the correct place before we leave our card with a number to call when they are ready to return home. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is the technical term, most of the time people use our service for medical appointments but special events, long distance and discharging from the hospital are also reasons to call us.
