Flat Rate Pricing effective Nov 1, 2025 until further notice
To calculate your trip, add the mileage going and returning, the total mileage must be less than the next level up to qualify for that price. For Example, a 12 mile round trip would be the 15 mile flat rate price.
Flat rate pricing only applies to our service area. If you are unsure if we service your area please call dispatch at (817) 897-7433.
Dallas trips from Fort Worth do not qualify for flat rate pricing. Also, the same rules apply in regards to taking flat rates, pickup must be in our service area or drop-off must be in our service area.
No Arlington to Arlington trips, No Mansfield to Mansfield trips, No Dallas to Dallas Trips.
Ambulatory (mileage rate determined by total mileage there and back)
- 10 mile round trip: 79.
- 15 mile round trip: 99.
- 20 mile round trip: 119.
- 25 mile round trip: 139.
- 30 mile round trip: 159.
Wheelchair (price is using passenger's own wheelchair, add 10. To rate if we use ours)
- 10 mile round trip: 119.
- 15 mile round trip: 139.
- 20 mile round trip: 159.
- 25 mile round trip: 179.
- 30 mile round trip: 199.
